And I am sad to say I will not again use Mammoth Properties due to the misrepresentation and lack of customer service.1. I am certainly not a Four Seasons snob, but I have never seen a place this bad. I sent a friendly email to Mammoth Properties advising them to please look at the unit before renting it again so that they could save their reputation. The Jacuzzi and pool were also closed for refurbishment. So you are stuck in this filthy dump in silence – very depressing. The couches looked to be fraternity house circa 1977. The plumbing was bad, and one toilet was inoperable – clearly by the dampness and odor on the disgusting wall-to-wall carpet in the bathroom, the toilet overflowed with every flush. The carpet was filthy to the point that you didn’t dare remove your shoes. The bedding was torn and moldy, there was quite literally garbage and construction supplies everywhere (mid refurbishment I suppose). The furniture was filthy, smelly and strewn everywhere (really junk-yard ready). Fireside #302 on the other hand is truly uninhabitable. I am a Mammoth regular, and know that many condos are dated, but all have been fine for a quick ski weekend. We rented Fireside #302 on the advice of Liz at Mammoth Properties, sight unseen (they were still working on the photos! **WARNING!**).
