She deserves all the credit in the world for my daughter not immediately getting back on the boat) After making sure my daughter was calm enough to let me help her to the other guide, we went to the other guide (I would give anything to be able to put her name in here but never got it. As she had her allotted number of people with her, she then got the attention of another guide for my daughter to go to. One of the guides noticed her panicking and came to us, she explained what my daughter needed to do and helped her calm down. I also should have explained the dry snorkel I had gotten her better. She has never been snorkeling or in the ocean. ![]() My daughter went into a complete panic when we first got in and I couldn’t get her to listen to me. But they did manage to work it out after a couple minutes in the water. Perhaps have them wearing something different so that when you got in the water, you knew exactly who to go to. As far as who would like one and who they should go to. Maybe this could be something that could be worked on in the future. It was a little chaotic at the first spot as no one knew which guide they should actually go to if they wanted one. The safety of all guests on board was DEFINITELY first and foremost. They were kind and you could tell they truly wanted this to be the best experience possible. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time on this trip and would do it again.
